SHIPPING
Usually ordered merchandise will shipped within 2-4 working days after payment process completed by customer and verified by EZMYBIZ.COM. You will receive email notification for your order status and/or please check your order status regularly. We will notify our customer(s) with following status:

  • PENDING - Waiting payment from customer. If payment had been made, costumer orders currently on verification and confirmation process. If needed EZMYBIZ.COM will contact our costumer to get related information / confirm their order.
  • PROCESSING - Prepare ordered item (eg: packaging & documentation) for shippment process
  • DELIVERED - Order shipped and costumer will receive the ordered item within 3 day - 14 day. If you not receive that item(s) after this period, please notify us: support@ezmybiz.com
  • UPDATE - To update costumer(s) for thier order(s) related information.

 

RETURN & REFUND
Merchandise may be returned to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund. But still covered and following as per our Return & Refund Policy.

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY ---PLEASE READ
This Return & Refund policy describes the terms of our commitment on return & refund transaction(s).

PART 1) ORDER CANCELED BEFORE DELIVERED 
You can cancel your order(s) anytime and if its before delivered, we will refund 100% of your money.

PART 2) ORDER CANCELED AFTER DELIVERED
Please report any defect or descrepancies within 24 hours of receipt. All returns must be brand new and unused, unworn, in original packaging, unmodified and undamaged. Refund does not include shipping cost.
 
A RETURN NUMBER (RTN#) is required for ALL returns to ensure you are fully credited. RTN# must be requested within 10 days of the original ship date. Your package must reach us strictly within the 30 days period at which time the RTN# expires. Returns over the 30 days period or without RTN# authorization will be refused. RTN#'s are non-renewable. There is a 15% restocking fee (this is what our credit card processor charges us to credit your account) with a minimum fee of US$10.00.

To return a product, please follow the steps outlined below.]
  1. Obtain a Return Number (RTN#) within 10 days of the original ship date by sending an email to us at support@ezmybiz.com
  2. You just need to provide us your original order number, reason for return if possible, your name and daytime telephone number.
  3. Verify that all merchandise is unused, unworn, in original packaging, unmodified and undamaged.
  4. We will furnish you with the necessary return instruction upon receiving your email

PART 3) DOWNLOADABLE / DIGITAL PRODUCTS
  • If no download recorded, you will accept 100% refund
  • Else, no refund from us, except on special case such as unable to download etc.

The refund shall be made in the same form of payment the original purchase was made. For example, the refund will be credited back to the purchasing credit card, wire transfer or store credits etc. Please note that special order*1, large orders (3 pieces and above), discounted items, additional links and replacement strap are not returnable.

 

IMPORTANT

* EZMYBIZ.COM do not accept products that is used, worn out, not in its original condition or damaged. We will not be liable for any damage or loss during shipping returns.
